I specialize in cases where there are large amounts of circumstantial evidence and potential lengthy or lifetime jail sentences. My background has been primarily homicide and sexual offenses and these are areas where I feel the impact from my work is the greatest.

In a recent case my surveillance video breakdowns were more thorough and complete than those of the ADA. This information became essential in trial as the ADA attempted to use incorrect information to prove their case. The attorney I was working with was able to quickly show the jury through video evidence the mistakes made by the prosecution which led in part to a favorable verdict.

My in-person trial services will give you the advantage of having a second set of eyes and ears in the courtroom. My training in analyzing nonverbal human behavior is an asset in a courtroom where the jury can only talk through body language and unconscious reactions. By watching the jury's reactions to testimony and taking accurate notes during the prosecution's case, I can provide feedback to allow for any needed adjustments or refocusing of the case.
